One thing that came spontaneously to my mind, without having thought deeper about it yet: Can we squeeze the "humanized" in between "usable" and "delightful," rather than having the one replace the other? Or is some delight already included in the "humanized" in your understanding? Just thinking about the possibility of having a product that checks all the boxes, incl. well-being, but is soll dull that it doesn't find any initial adoption.
