Regarding your comments on the questions, we must strongly advise against removing items from INUIT, or altering it in any other way besides the ones explained in the article. The instrument has been tested and validated in this exact configuration and proven to be reliable and consistent with the 7 contained items.
In the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), the three questions you propose to remove had regression weights of -0.70, 0.57, and -0.56, which means they contribute considerably to the underlying latent variable (i.e., usability). This has not been explained in this article, but you can read about it in the original research paper (https://www.researchgate.net/publication/282441105_Inuit_The_Interface_Usability_Instrument).
